Have you been trying to understand why it is difficult for you to conceive while it is less challenging for others?
Are you going through invasive infertility treatments and the process is causing you increased emotional distress and hopelessness?
Is the stress of trying to get pregnant affecting your relationship with your partner and, as a result, you feel guilty for not being able to add to your family?

When you’re struggling to build your family, it’s easy to feel that medical treatments, loss, and self-doubt have taken over your life.

Learn how to manage mood symptoms
Fully live your life in the present and into the future
loss
Losing anyone in your life can present intense feelings and thoughts that are difficult to manage. The loss of a baby due to miscarriage, stillbirth, elective termination, childbirth, after a NICU stay, or soon after can be equally traumatic. The memories not yet made or too few than one had hoped for can lead to deep indescribable feelings. The space held for those grieving and in the bereavement process will be safe, warm, and compassionate. In our work together, you will have the space to explore and process your experience in a deep and meaningful way.
Together, we will:
Work through and process the pain of grief
Identify how to incorporate self-care in realistic and doable ways
Integrate your loss into your life narrative in a way that both honors your loved one, but also allows you to fully live your life in the present and into the future
Help to identify social supports and resources in your area
