I provide in-person and virtual therapy to adults who reside in Massachusetts in my practice.

My approach to therapy is strength based and collaborative. Clients describe me as warm, empathic, non-judgmental, and genuine. I believe it is essential to have a strong client-therapist relationship to facilitate growth and change. I use evidence based models of treatment when clinically indicated.

It’s important to share a few things:

I operate from a fat-positive, HAES-informed, anti-diet, anti-racist, and neurodiversity-affirming framework. My practice is inclusive and affirming of people across all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, religions, and neurotypes.

I use she/her/hers pronouns and identify as a white, cisgender woman. I am committed to antiracism and racial equity work and understand this is a lifelong journey. I actively engage in ongoing education, reflection, and accountability, and I welcome being called in and called out as part of that process.
