Insurance

I am contracted with the following insurance plans:

• BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts)

• Aetna

Prior to our first meeting, I recommend that you contact your insurance to inquire about your eligibility and benefits. This may include a copayment, coinsurance, and/or annual deductible for mental health services, and whether prior approval from a PCP is required.

Clients using an (Out of Network) PPO Plan, payment for the session is due at the time of service and it is up to you to contact your insurance company to understand their policy and rate of reimbursement. I will provide you with a “Superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. At this point in time my practice does not offer Single Case Agreements with OON Insurance Plans.

Self-Pay

My rate is $175 per session for individual therapy. Intakes are $200.

Co-Payments/Payments: All major credit cards accepted, including HSA/FSA cards. Payment is requested at the time of service.
